Orb Balloons – Tips & Tricks

Step 1 : How To Inflate The Balloon

Firstly, attach the end of the balloon to the helium tank (as shown below) and inflate the balloon with helium until it reaches around 36 diameters or if you’re not sure, try and get it to the size it appears on the packaging.

Step 2 : How To Know When The Balloon Is Inflated Fully

Whilst it’s still attached to the helium tank, measure the balloon using the tape measure from one side of the balloon to the other and either continue to inflate the balloon further or take a little air out depending on what it measures.

Step 3 : Tying The Balloon

When inflated to the correct size, tie a single knot in the end of the balloon to seal the air in.

Step 4 : How To Disperse The Confetti

Shake the balloon (make sure it’s secure) to disperse the confetti around the balloon.
So, if for some reason you’ve made it this far and all is looking great except your orb balloon isn’t floating?! It may be due to the amount of helium inside the balloon, you may be lacking slightly and will need to inflate it a little more. Take it slowly and add a little at a time as you don’t want it to pop. If this still doesn’t work, it could be the quality of your helium tank (or it could be running out) maybe try a new tank.

Step 5 : Final Step

Once you’re happy with the size of the balloon, tie a double knot to the end of the balloon and you’re good to go!
